PREVIEW: Weekend game schedule (25 Oct. 2013)

Mason women’s soccer team will face off against George Washington on Friday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. at George Mason Stadium. The Patriots (6-8-1, 3-2 A-10) are coming off of a 2-1 overtime loss to Richmond and will look to bounce back in this matchup. In the final home game of the season, the team will honor seniors Lyndse Hokanson, Jazmin Cardoso, Casey Vornadore and Nicole Clark prior to kickoff. A Revolutionary Rivalry point is up for grabs and will be awarded to the winning team.

Mason women’s volleyball team will take on George Washington on Sunday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m. at the RAC. The Patriots (6-15, 2-5 A-10) will be returning home after a Friday night away game against Rhode Island. GW defeated Mason 3-1 in their last matchup, earning the first point in the Revolutionary Rivalry. Another point toward the Tri-Corner Hat Trophy is up for grabs and will be awarded to the winning team.

Mason men’s soccer team will face off against LaSalle on Sunday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m. at George Mason Stadium. The Patriots (6-2-2, 1-0-1 A-10) will be returning home after a Friday night away game against St. Joseph’s. The team will hold a special ceremony prior to kickoff to honor the seniors.
