PREVIEW: Weekend game schedule (18 Oct. 2013)

Mason men’s and women’s basketball teams will tip off their season at Mason Madness on Friday, Oct. 18 at 8 p.m. at the Patriot Center. Men’s head coach Paul Hewitt and women’s head coach Nyla Milleson will address the crowd before the men’s team takes part in the annual Green vs. Gold scrimmage.

Mason women’s soccer team will face off against Richmond on Saturday, Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. at George Mason Stadium. The Patriots (6-7-1, 3-1 A-10) are coming off of a 3-0 victory over Fordham and are on a three-game winning streak heading into this matchup.

Mason men’s soccer team will take on conference rival Virginia Commonwealth University on Sunday, Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. at George Mason Stadium. The Patriots (6-2-1, 1-0 A-10) are coming off of a 2-1 victory over Massachusetts heading into this matchup.
