Enjoy a Fun-Packed Family Weekend

This year’s family weekend starts today and it is packed full of exciting events for your parents and family to enjoy. Headlining the event this weekend is comedian Lewis Black who will perform tomorrow Saturday, Oct. 18 at 8 p.m. in the Patriot Center as part of his “Let Them Eat Cake” national tour. At 10:30 a.m. this Saturday, families are invited for an “Off the Beaten path Tour,” for an exclusive insider’s tour of the Mason campus by the Office of Family and Program Services.

Then at 11 a.m. enjoy a free complimentary makeover from Prestige Cosmetics’ artists. Sign up in the bookstore or call 703-993-3882 to schedule an appointment. Siblings won’t be left out in the fun! In the SUB II Ballroom there will be a fun zone where students can take their siblings to play carnival games and get their own photo ID. Also scheduled this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. is the Mason Family Wine Tasting at George’s Restaurant in the JC. You must be at least 21 or older to attend.
