Members of the George Mason University community filled Lot L for this year's Mason Day, a "Mason tradition" complete with free t-shirts, funnel cakes, and for the first time in the event's history, carnival rides.

Raindrops trickled down for just a short time, and didn't affect distribution of Student Media's new Mason Nation: Four Years After Final Four magazine, a new interactive Twitter scavenger hunt and the headline concert of the day, a performance by rock group Cobra Starship.

Didn't get a chance to make to Lot L? Check out our "Quick Peek," and check back later for more coverage, including more video.
