No One Has Swagger Like Us: Homecoming 2009

It's officially Homecoming Week here at Mason, so dress in your finest green and gold attire and check out all of the events being offered this week as part of the celebration.

Monday, February 9th:
- Homecoming Kick-Off
Enjoy free food and entertainment in the JC Atrium and get an opportunity to meet the contestants for Swagger of a Champion: Mr. and Ms. Mason Pageant.

Come watch Mason Organizations compete for the most creative structure built from canned-foods and non-perishable items!
North Plaza - 1:30pm-4:30pm

-Pageant
Watch Mr. and Ms. Mason candidates show off Mason swagger as they present their talent, Mason knowledge, and personal style!
Dewberry Hall - 8:00pm-10:00pm

Tuesday, February 10th
-Pep Rally
Join the Mason basketball team and the Pep Band as they display their Mason spirit! Also, enjoy FREE giveaways and Homecoming t-shirts!
JC Atrium - 12pm-1pm

-Talent Show
Don’t miss the opportunity to watch your peers perform in “Showcase Your Swagger” Talent Show for a grand prize of $100!
SUB II Ballroom - 8pm-10pm

Wednesday, February 11th
-Laser Tag
Take a few minutes out of your day to come play laser tag with a group of friends in Dewberry! Compete for the top scores and enjoy FREE giveaways!
Dewberry Hall - 10:30am-2:30pm

-Trivia Challenge
Cheer on your fellow teams as they test their Mason trivia knowledge in Patriot Corner!
Patriot Corner - 12pm-2pm

-Homecoming Dance
Come dance the night away in SUBII with DJ Kwest! Dress to impress!
SUB II Ballroom - 8pm-12am

Thursday, February 12th
-Photo T-Shirt Bear
Give your sweetheart or friends a $10 teddy bear with your picture or a pre-made design printed on its t-shirt!
JC News Center - 11am-2pm

-Comedy Show – Kyle Grooms
Having been on HBO Def Jam Comedy, Comedy Central, Superbowl Ad Campaign for Careerbuilders.com, and The Chappelle Show, Kyle Grooms will be sure to give you a good laugh!
The Bistro - 9:30-11pm

Friday, February 13th
-Scavenger Hunt
Sign-up for the team competitions and participate in a Scavenger Hunt around Mason with your fellow teammates!
Patriot Corner - 12pm-2pm

-Concert
An intimate evening with the Pat McGee Band! The Concert is FREE for all Mason Students (and $5 for non-Mason Students.)
