News schmooze (and cake!) on Thursday

Wondering who writes in Broadside? Or plays your favorite song on WGMU? Or wait, wait...are you curious as to just how gorgeous the folks are who posted this content online?

Don't worry, there's a way quench your curiousity. The Office of Student Media is holding a meet and greet event this Thursday, Dec. 2.

Stop by and say hi to the Connect2Mason team from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Student Union Building I Patriot's Lounge. There will be free food and giveaways, and if you've got a hankering for media, we'll also be chatting about available positions for the spring.

(Not to mention...we have a cool iPad).

The event anticipates the Office's move from SUB I to our new home in SUB II—one we're all pretty excited about. When classes resume next spring, Connect2Mason and the other Student Media outlets will be located on the ground floor of the building, right next to the mailroom.
