|The George Mason University Patriots pulled off a 48-45 come-from-behind victory over the Boston University Terriers on Saturday at the Patriot Center.
Junior guard Bryon Allen scored three of his seven total points with 0.2 seconds remaining in the game and the score tied at 45. Allen hit a last second acrobatic layup while drawing a foul, sending him to the line for an additional point opportunity.
Mason (4-2) ended the game on a 9-0 run to pull off the win, despite finishing with the lowest point total of any game they have played this season.

|After finishing in third place in the Paradise Jam Tournament with a 74-58 win over Quinnipiac University last Monday, Mason returns home from the U.S. Virgin Islands this week to host Boston University on Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Patriot Center.
This will be the first match-up between BU and Mason since 1985, with the all time series tied at 2-2. The Terriers (0-4) are coming off an 81-79 loss to Rutgers, but averages 69.3 points per game. Mason (3-2) is averaging 62.8 points per game on the season.
